I have purchased an instant travel insurance. Though the amount has been deducted from my account, I am yet to receive the document. What do I do now?

In case the amount has been debited from your account and the insurance company has not generated any transaction number, then you need to email the company your account statement whereby it can be issued from the company.

Wait for an email or an SMS. That can be used as a policy document or at least as a reference to mail the insurer and get the policy document
