I am going to Europe but I see that the sum insured in the travel insurance is mentioned in USD. Will it be a problem?

There will not be any issue regarding currency in sum insured, even if you travel to any countries.

Travel insurance costs are generally mentioned in USD. It should not be a problem even if there arises a need. Exchange to the local currency will be allowed.
