Scuba diving does not fall under travel insurance. But the course that you undertake for scuba diving is inclusive of the licence fee and insurance.

No. For Bodily Injury sustained whilst or as a result of active participation in any hazardous sport such as parachuting, hang gliding, parasailing, off-piste skiing or bungee jumping etc is general exclusion.
