The Mutitrip is valid for
Annual Multi Trip World wide Plan
World Wide
Maximum travel days = 30 days or 45 days.
However the policy will be issued for 365 days only

Travel Insurance Policy's coverage is generally annual.
I took Individual Multi Travel Insurance from HDFC Ergo, they have options to select Travel Days like 30 days or 45 days.
And accordingly they charge premium.
