Correction of spouse name on travel policy document

My spouse name is incorrect in the issued policy document. What are the documents required to bring the change?

Generally, you will have to submit the valid id proof again to correct the name.

You will have to inform the insurance company and they raise an endoresment to bring the change in the policy.

You can share Govt. ID proof and go to the Self-Help module under Help section for changes in the policy. Its easy and hassle free.
