I want to purchase a travel policy for my 75 years old grandmom. What are the medical documents I require to submit?

Insurers check the medical reports and then decides if Insurance should be given or not. As 70+ Proposals are highly risky to underwrite.

Also those diseases which are mentioned in medical reports are excluded from coverages.
