My travel plans got cancelled due to some personal emergencies. Can I ask for refund fro insurance company?

Hi,

You can cancel the policy within 14 days from policy start date / risk date and amount will be refunded to you within 7-10 days

You can visit our Self help module to place your cancellation request.

There is a cancellation charges of Rs. 250.
