A Travel Insurance cover is broadly classified into Accidental, Emergency Medical Expenses and Travel Inconvenience. Travel inconvenience includes loss of passport, loss of baggage and delay of checked baggage.

The exclusions include travel against medical advice, medical expenses for pre-existing diseases, involvement in dangerous sports activities and illegal activities among others.
