Community Portal is a discussion forum wherein users can ask queries related to health, travel, motor or home insurance and get solutions from other users. Anyone can register on this discussion forum site and be a part of the community, to share their responses to queries posted basis their knowledge and/or experience. The objective of this platform is to create more awareness and simplify the basics of general insurance products. With this forum, we intend to encourage users to discuss and exchange knowledge/comments on this community platform. One can also search and find a solution for his queries without registering, hence we intend to meet the objective of demystifying the insurance myths.
It is an open forum allowing everyone to register and join the Community to connect, discuss and share experiences and information on Motor, Travel, Health & Home insurance and Claims.

If you are logged on to the Community Portal, you can:
(a) Post Questions under Product Categories
(b) Join the discussions and share your inputs on the posts
(c) Give Kudos to a Post shared by any individual
(d) Subscribe to updates from the Product Categories
(e) Participate in a Poll
(f) Give Kudos on a Blog
(g) Share the existing Blogs on other platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, Gmail, LinkedIn etc.
(h) Post your Comment on a blog.
As your engagement increases by asking questions, sharing your knowledge and joining the discussions on the Community Portal, you climb the Ranks to become a 'Super Fan'.
If a user is already logged in to his profile. One needs to follow the following procedure to change the password: Select 'My Settings' Option ---> Select 'Password' Option ---> Enter the below mentioned details ---> Click on 'Change My Password' ---> Your password is changed.



If you forget password while Logging in. You can follow the following procedure: Select 'Forget username or password' ---> Enter your email id and 'Set a new password' --> You will receive the link to set new password on your given email id.

You can follow the following procedure: Click on your Profile picture after you are logged in ---> Select 'My Settings' Option ---> Select 'Personal Information' Option ---> Enter the below mentioned details ---> Click on 'Save' ---> Your personal information is updated.

You can add your Instant Messenger screen names by following the mentioned procedure: Click on your profile picture after you are logged in ---> Select 'My Settings' Option ---> Select 'IM Screen Names' Option ---> Enter the below mentioned details ---> Click on 'Save' ---> Your details are updated.

You can edit your auto signing options by following the mentioned procedure: Click on your profile picture after you are logged in ---> Select 'My Settings' Option ---> Select 'Auto Signin Options' Option ---> Click on 'For all computers' or 'For this computer only' ---> Click on 'Confirm' ---> You are updated for auto signin.
